HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
The fastest and easiest way to order is if you place an order directly on our website. We don’t have all our products represented in our online store so if you have any questions regarding products you can’t find be sure to contact us. Placing an order in the online store grants you more payment options and the fastest handling of an order, so if the product your are looking for is here, don’t hesitate on buying it online.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Cooee offers low cost deliveries to many corners of the world and we ship within 3 business days if the ordered products is in stock. Normal delivery time is 1-2 days in Sweden, 3-5 days for Europe and 7-21 days outside of Europe.
Free shipping on orders with value:
Sweden: Always free / Europe: 1000 SEK / World: 1500 SEK
Traceable packages can be traced in your account page once the orders has been processed. Standard shipping is not traceable, and Cooee will not account for lost packages.
If an item is out of stock you can usually place a backorder to make sure you will get it once we have it´s back in stock.
If your order is sent to a pick up point, you usually have 14 days to collect the parcel before it's sent back to our warehouse. If you do not collect your parcel from the pick up point we will charge you 150 SEK (for the return shipping and extra handling) and and refund you the remaining amount of your order.
Payments can be made with PayPal and Credit card via Stripe. Swedish residents can also pay with Klarna invoice. The invoice will be included in the parcel and the payment term is 14 days. When an order is placed with either Credit card or PayPal the money is debited directly after confirmed purchase, this also applies to backordered items.
The prices are including 25% VAT for customers in the European Union. Customers outside of the European Union might be subject to local taxes or customs fees. For more details regarding local taxes, please contact your country’s customs department. We do not write off parcels as “gifts” so please don’t ask.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
All card transactions on the Cooee Design site are processed using a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside Cooee Design. If you are paying with PayPal, please read the security policy on their site for the best information.
EXCHANGES, CLAIMS AND RETURNS
It is important to us that you are very happy with your purchase. Exchanges (change colour, size, style) and returns (money back) can be made within 14 days after reception of the goods. (The item must be unused and in it's original gift box). In case of returns and exchanges you need to download our exchange and returns form in either word or pdf format, once filled in, email it to email@example.com.

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. In case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new item will be free. If you have any other question, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If anything in your order arrived broken, you need to let us know about this within two weeks from the day that you received the goods. When reporting a claim you need to fill in the form and send us pictures of the damaged product and the package.
